Let's see if I can write a poem that captures the happiness these creatures spread:
*ahem*
There once was a dog named Su, who dreamt of eating a shoe.
She woke with a fright, in the middle of the night, to find that her dream was not true.
So whatcha think about that? Cause dogs like to chew on shoes. But in the actual poem about a man in Peru, he woke up frightened to find that he actually was eating a shoe. But in Su the dog's case, she wants to chew the shoe, so she was bummed that it wasn't true. See what I did there?!?
Listen, I'm not a poet, I write about dog memes… I just like to live, laugh, and love, just like my canine companions!

Lemme tell you some things about the dogs I've had in my life. I had a dog when I was 4, he lived until he was 13. Then I had a dog when I was 22, she had an accident and only lived a year and I still cannot talk about it to this day… But because of her I fostered many other dogs and now my parents have a dog, so well into my 30s and my folks into their late 60s, I have a new sibling, a fur sibling! Every single one of these dogs are some of the most important living beings to exist in my life. Their memories, new, old, and currently in the making, bring me a smile no matter what!
So, basically, what I'm saying is, life is better with dogs. Whether they're there to sit on your lap and cuddle with or LOL at in meme form. They make the world a better place.
